Hello!

You're holding it together. But barely.

You're showing up for work. Taking care of your family. Helping everyone else. Trying to keep things moving. But underneath it all, you're exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, or just not feeling like yourself anymore.

Maybe you've lost someone you love. Maybe you're dealing with a cancer diagnosis or caring for someone who is. Maybe anxiety or depression has taken over more of your life than you'd like to admit. Maybe something happened that you can't seem to move past. Or maybe you're simply tired of being the person everyone depends on when you don't feel like you have much left to give.

Nicole works with adolescents and adults who are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, cancer, and caregiver burnout. Her style is compassionate, down to earth, and centered around meeting people where they are. She believes therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what's really going on without having to have the perfect words or pretend that everything is fine.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents through USD 259. During that time, she has worked with a wide range of needs, including special needs, autism, and ESOL students. She has also led GriefShare at a local church, giving her experience supporting people through the complicated and often unpredictable process of grief.

In therapy, Nicole draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychoanalytic approaches. Together, you'll explore what's happening beneath the surface, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward creating meaningful change.

You don't have to wait until things completely fall apart to reach out. Sometimes you just need a place to stop, take a breath, and figure out what comes next.

You're holding it together. Nicole can help you figure out how to hold a little less.
